Bring sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels and toiletries. Mattresses, pillows and duvets are provided. If you would like the beds made, ask CHNW about the optional service and wait for confirmation before paying. Towels are not included.

Your holiday payment, refundable security deposit, optional extras and any park charges are separate. Check your booking’s amounts and terms. An extra you have requested is not confirmed until CHNW approves it; a payment receipt is not confirmation that access is ready.

Check your agreed arrival time. Your arrival message is released when the caravan is ready and the required booking checks are complete. If your confirmed time has arrived and your instructions are missing or not working, contact the team through your booking conversation.

Rules and features vary by caravan. Check the exact property before booking. Tell us the practical features you need, such as step-free access or doorway clearance, so we can check them with you. A general park description does not confirm that a caravan is suitable.

The park manages its passes, pools, entertainment and current opening times. CHNW helps with your accommodation. Check the instructions for your exact park, including any parking charge or required arrival form.
