Your information, your choices.

The Retreat Club is provided by VNPD Properties Ltd trading as Caravan Holidays North Wales.

We use your email for secure sign-in, your profile and saved preferences to provide your account, and your explicit channel choices for optional marketing. Membership does not give access to owner accounts or private booking records.

You can withdraw email, WhatsApp and SMS marketing separately in your account. We retain a history of consent changes so we can respect your choices.

If you submit a community story, the team reviews your text before publication. Publication requires your separate permission and does not show your name. You can withdraw your submission in the community section; a minimal review audit is retained. Please do not include private booking or third-party information.

Cancellation requests are expressions of interest, not bookings. Referral identifiers do not currently create financial credit.

On your member page, the Club can prepare an editable WhatsApp introduction containing only your first name, selected holiday interests and favourite caravan names. Nothing is sent automatically. If you choose to send it, WhatsApp and MessageMind process that message as part of your conversation. The introduction excludes your surname, email, phone, marketing choices, bookings, payments and access details.

If you ask us to match a bank transfer, we use the booking reference, payment purpose and amount, payer name, transfer date and bank reference to locate it. Reporting a transfer does not confirm receipt. Authorised CHNW staff control confirmation, and a minimal immutable history records status changes.
